Tastes in the Tasting Set may vary due to stock availability.

Age Restriction: Must be 18 Years or Above to Purchase Rudys Hard Kombucha

By placing an order for Rudys Hard Kombucha, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or older.

If you are not 18 years of age or above, you are strictly prohibited from purchasing Rudys Hard Kombucha.

By proceeding with the purchase, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with the legal drinking age requirements in your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to request proof of age and to cancel any orders placed by individuals who fail to meet the minimum legal drinking age.

By accepting delivery of Rudys Hard Kombucha, you further confirm that you or the intended recipient of the product are of legal drinking age. We shall not be held liable for any misrepresentation of age or unauthorised purchase of Rudys Hard Kombucha.

It is important to drink responsibly, and we encourage you to consume alcohol in moderation.

Delivery time and shipping costs

At our company, we make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. We aim to process orders placed on working days before 12:00 on the same day. Our goal is to deliver orders within 1 - 2 days, but no later than 7 days.

Please note that the prices quoted do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs are as follows:

No shipping costs will be charged for orders within The Hague.

For orders within the rest of the Netherlands, we charge €6.95 for shipping costs.

For deliveries within The Hague, we handle the delivery ourselves, and you will not receive a Track & Trace code for this. For deliveries to the rest of the Netherlands, we use PostNL as a parcel service, which includes a Track & Trace code as standard.

If you have not received your package, please check the Track & Trace code of the package, which can be found in the shipping confirmation. You can also check the delivery time slot indication via the link provided on the Track & Trace page.

Is the delivery address you entered correct?

If the delivery address you provided is correct and you have not received a "Not at home" message, your package may have been delivered to your neighbours or the delivery person may have scheduled a new delivery time. If you still have not received your package, please contact us.

Right of Withdrawal and Warranty

You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing any reason. In this case, you will be refunded the full amount, including any shipping costs, within 30 days of receiving the returned shipment.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in its original condition, packaging, and unused, with all accessories (including any gifts and samples) included. The cost of returning the product from your home to our webshop is your responsibility.

Please note that return shipments are at the buyer's risk, and we are not responsible for any damage or loss of returned items. Always ask for a Track & Trace code at the post office and keep it safe. We do not accept damaged packages.

Returns Exceptions

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products damaged or opened by you.
  • Packages that are not sufficiently stamped.

Warranty

If a product has a manufacturing defect, you can return it to us in consultation. Please contact us first to let us know what is going on.

Please note that products intentionally damaged are not covered by the warranty. Furthermore, products not purchased from us but elsewhere are not covered by our warranty. Please contact the seller from whom you purchased the product for warranty coverage.

Right of access, rectification, and erasure

You have the right to request access to and correction or deletion of your personal data. See our contact page for this. To prevent abuse, we may ask you to identify yourself adequately. When it comes to access to personal data linked to a cookie, you must send a copy of the cookie in question. You can find this in your browser settings.
